Seth Whidden

Seth Whidden is professor of French literature at the University of Oxford and editor of the journal Nineteenth-Century French Studies. He is the translator of Dominique Noguez's The Three Rimbauds (2021), and the author of Arthur Rimbaud (2018), Authority in Crisis in French Literature, 1850-1880 (2014), and Reading Baudelaire's "Le Spleen de Paris" and the Nineteenth-Century Prose Poem (2022).
