Seetharam Kallidaikurichi E. is founding Director of the Institute of Water Policy, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and founding Director of the NUS Global Asia Institute. He is on secondment from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where he was a Principal Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist, and a focal point guiding ADB's operations in water supply, sanitation, and wastewater management in line with ADB's Water Policy.
