Devyani Prabhat is professor of law at the University of Bristol Law School with legal practice experience in constitutional law. She has an LLM and a PhD from New York University and is an enrolled Attorney at Law, New York. She is also an associate director of Border Criminologies, Oxford Law Faculty.
