James Mattingly

James Mattingly is associate professor in the Department of Philosophy at Georgetown University. His primary research interests are conceptual change in the sciences, the epistemology of science, and the nature of scientific theories. His work has been published in Studies in History and Philosophy of Modern Physics, Physical Review, and Philosophy of Science, among others.
