John E. Hancock

John E. Hancock has architectural degrees from the University of Nebraska and McGill University in Montreal. He taught architectural design and history at the University of Cincinnati from 1978 to 2015, directed the architecture graduate programs, and served as an associate dean of the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. He is the principal author of World Heritage Ohio’s Guide to the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks and the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks UNESCO World Heritage nomination dossier.
