Emmanuel Harris II is professor of Spanish at University of North Carolina Wilmington whose works focus on Latin American and Caribbean literature and culture. He is also the translator of Over the Waves and Other Stories | Sobre las Olas y Otros Cuentos by Inés María Martiatu (Swan Isle Press).
