Guillermo Gómez-Peña

Guillermo Gómez-Peña was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1978, where he established himself as a performance artist, writer, activist, and educator. His other books include Ethno-Techno: Writings on Performance, Activism and Pedagogy and The New World Border: Prophecies, Poems, and Loqueras for the End of the Century. Laura Levin is assitant professor of theater at York University in Toronto.
