Herbert Agar
Herbert Agar (1897-1980) was a distinguished author, editor, and publisher who settled in England after editing the Louisville Courier-Journal from 1940 to 1942. Among his earlier books are The People’s Choice (Pulitzer Prize winner in 1933), A Time for Greatness, and The Price of Union.
