Changing children's services: working and learning together focuses on the fundamental changes to children's services associated primarily with the drive towards increasingly integrated ways of working. It critically examines the potential for closer 'working together', its effectiveness and its impact on children, parents and children's services as a whole. It also explores the role of learning in this changing environment.
