Subjects: Life sciences (conservation biology, ecology, evolution, microbiology)
I joined the Press in 2011 after gaining invaluable editorial experience at Princeton University Press, where I collaborated on science, humanities, and social science titles. Prior to my time at Princeton, I received a PhD in English Literature from The University of Texas at Austin and spent a year as an editorial fellow at The University of Texas Press. Here at Chicago, I acquire new manuscripts in evolutionary biology, microbiology, ecology, and conservation biology. Recent highlights from these lists include Population Fluctuations in Rodents and Animal Body Size: Linking Pattern and Process across Space, Time, and Taxonomic Group. I am also proud to sponsor our Summits: Environmental Science, Law, and Policy book series.
I am ably assisted by Sophie Wereley, Editorial Assistant.
